Free trial
All paid plans include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during this period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you owe nothing.
After the trial
Once your trial ends and your first payment is taken, we do not offer refunds for the remaining days of that billing period if you cancel mid-cycle. Your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
Exceptions — we will always refund if:
- You were charged after cancelling (billing error)
- You were charged twice for the same period (duplicate charge)
- The service was unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours in a billing period
- You are a UK consumer exercising your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and have not used the service
Annual plans
If you are on an annual plan and wish to cancel within 30 days of renewal, contact us and we will consider a pro-rated refund at our discretion.
How to request a refund
Email support@nudgeapp.co with your account email and reason. We respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
